Beyonce and Abercrombie & Fitch are going head to head on who is fiercer. Bey announced that she is launching her perfume line in the Spring of 2010 and named it after her alter-ego "Sasha Fierce". Once this announcement was made Abercrombie instantly filed a law suit against Bey accusing her if trademark infringement and unfair competition because A&F already sells a men’s cologne called Fierce, which they have been selling since 2002. They have sent Bey a cease-and-desist letter, but Bey did not back off. We will see how this unfolds; I think she does need Kanye on this one.
